Real Madrid manager Rafael Benitez has said there is "a campaign" against him and the club.
Real are two points off the top of La Liga and thrashed Rayo Vallecano 10-2 in their last outing, but Benitez has reportedly been under pressure since losing 4-0 to Barcelona last month.
"Everything is magnified. Everything is criticised that can be and where not it is manipulated," Benitez said.
"There is a campaign against president Florentino Perez, Real Madrid and me."
Benitez succeeded Carlo Ancelotti in the summer, with Perez describing him as "a man who breathes football, professionalism and the very ethos of our club".
Benitez added: "My relationship with the players is infinitely better than what you read in the press. I have a lot of experience coaching so I know to be distracted as little as possible."
