Everton will be without two key men when they face Manchester City in the League Cup semi-final second leg.

Midfielder Muhamed Besic (hamstring) and winger Kevin Mirallas (tendon) suffered injuries in the Premier League defeat against Swansea on Sunday.

The Toffees go into the match holding a 2-1 advantage after goals from Ramiro Funes Mori and Romelu Lukaku.

They last reached the final in 1977, when they lost to Aston Villa, while City triumphed in 2014.
