Celtic include Kris Commons and James Forrest for their Europa League visit to Istanbul to take on Fenerbahce.
Commons has missed the last four matches with a hamstring problem, while Forrest has recovered from a knock.
The visitors are without captain Scott Brown, Charlie Mulgrew and Saidy Janko and manager Ronny Deila has indicated he will field a "young" team.
The Scottish champions are destined to finish bottom of Group A, while Fenerbahce are in second place.
A home win will guarantee that the Turks progress to the last 32 along with Molde.
Ajax, who are at home to the already qualified Norwegians, sit two points behind Fenerbahce and will be hoping for a favour from Celtic.
Celtic led 2-0 when Fenerbahce came to Glasgow in October, the game ending in a 2-2 draw after a Fernando double.
"There's a lot at stake for the boys, there's pride," said assistant manager John Collins as the team departed from Glasgow Airport.
"We want to finish the campaign with a good performance and a victory.
"We will try to defend better than we have in the previous games and it's preparation for next season [in Europe]."
Celtic midfielder Callum McGregor is looking to add to his four European goals to date, the latest coming against Ajax in the 2-1 defeat at Parkhead.
The 22-year-old also believes a win would provide a timely boost as the Scottish champions target a domestic treble.
"I enjoy the European games and I seem to score in quite a few of them," he said.
"Hopefully I can do that again and keep doing well for the team.
"It [a victory] could kick-start the season again. A big result could give the boys a lot of confidence to take into the second part of the season and especially the next campaign.
"Unlucky could be a good word to use for this campaign. We have played a lot of good stuff at times and as the gaffer says it is the small details that cost you in European games.
"In defensive set-pieces and attacking set-pieces we have to be switched on, that is something that we will look to take into the next campaign."
