Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths Griffiths signs new deal until 2021

Scotland striker Leigh Griffiths has signed a new contract, which will run until the end of the 2020/21 season, with champions Celtic.

The 25-year-old initially struggled to hold down a place in the team after arriving in January 2014.

But Griffiths has flourished this season, leading the Premiership scoring charts with 14 goals.

Griffiths said: "I'm looking forward to the next five years as we look to add to the trophies already won."
