Lawro's predictions - final group games
BSports expert Mark Lawrenson

BSports football expert Mark Lawrenson is predicting the outcome of every game at the 2016 European Championship.

The final round of group games includes England v Slovakia, Wales v Russia and Northern Ireland v Germany

Before the group stage started, Lawro picked his two teams to go through automatically from each group into the knockout stage, and the six teams he thinks will finish bottom and definitely go home (four of the six third-placed teams also go through to the last 16).

You can make your own predictions and take on your friends and other fans using the BSports's Euros Predictor.

Lawro was speaking to BSports's Chris Bevan.

Russia v Walesx-x1-1
Monday, 15 June
Slovakia v Englandx-x0-2
Russia v Wales

Russia v Wales (Toulouse, 20:00 BST)

I don't think Wales will be down after losing out so late to England - they came very close to snatching a point, which would have been fantastic when you compare the pool of players both countries have to choose from.

From what I have seen of Russia, there is not much variety about their attacking play - they just look to hit their big striker Artem Dzyuba and they are lacking creativity.

So, I think Wales will get a point, which will give them a very good chance of getting out of Group B because if England beat Slovakia, a draw here would see Chris Coleman's side finish second.

Slovakia v England

Slovakia v England (Saint Etienne, 20:00 BST)

The big debate for England is who starts up front but it is a great dilemma for Roy Hodgson to have. If you count Wayne Rooney, who has been playing in midfield, he has got five strikers and they are all different.

After the way they finished the Wales game, Jamie Vardy and Daniel Sturridge have to start if he can shoehorn them into his 4-3-3 system. Either can play as the centre-forward, while Vardy can play on the left and Sturridge on the right so Hodgson has got options.

That means there is no room for Harry Kane in the starting XI but that is not an issue either. He looks a bit leggy, so let's give him a rest - we know what a good player he is, and there is more to come from him in France.

As for Slovakia, everyone knows Marek Hamsik will be a threat, but England will give them far more to worry about.

I think England will beat them, and beat them comfortably. They have not played anybody decent yet but if they win the group, which I think they will do, they will avoid the best teams in the last 16 too.

Northern Ireland v Germanyx-x0-2
Tuesday, 21 June
Ukraine v Polandx-x0-1
Northern Ireland v Germany

Northern Ireland v Germany (Parc des Princes - Paris, 17:00 BST)

Northern Ireland put in one of the best performances I have seen at this tournament to beat Ukraine last week.

But, as good as they were, it is asking an awful lot for them to get anything against the world champions.

What does not help Northern Ireland is that Germany still need something from this game to be sure of getting out of the group after drawing with Poland in their last game.

Germany did not really look like scoring against the Poles but I can't see Michael O'Neill's side keeping them out, as much as I would like to see them do it.

Ukraine v Poland

Ukraine v Poland (Marseille, 17:00 BST)

Ukraine are out but I am not sure that will change things too much.

Sometimes the shackles come off when teams have nothing to play for because they want to show they are a good side, but I'm not convinced Ukraine have anything more to offer.

I am at this game, and I am expecting a routine Poland win.

Lawro's pre-tournament picks - Going through: Germany and Poland Third place: Ukraine Going home: Northern Ireland

GROUP D

Tuesday, 21 June
Croatia v Spainx-x0-2
Tuesday, 21 June
Czech Republic v Turkeyx-x1-1
Croatia v Spain

Croatia v Spain (Bordeaux, 20:00 BST)

Croatia made a right mess of things at the end of their game with Czech Republic and there is no way they should have dropped points after leading 2-0 so late on.

Luka Modric is going to miss this game with the groin injury he picked up against the Czechs, which is another reason I do not see them stopping Spain, who are already through to the last 16.

All the heavyweights are going to get out of their groups and I think this tournament is very much like the group stages of the Champions League.

You get a few surprising results but the favourites almost all get through. Once you get to the knockout stage, the real competition starts.

Czech Republic v Turkey

Czech Republic v Turkey (Nice, 20:00 BST)

Turkey are bottom of the group with zero points and a poor goal difference but they could still finish third if they win this game.

The Czech Republic know a win will take them to four points but I don't see that happening either. I'm going for a draw which will not help either of them.

Italy v Republic of Irelandx-x0-0
Wednesday, 22 June
Sweden v Belgiumx-x1-1
Italy v Republic of Ireland

Italy v Republic of Ireland (Lille, 20:00 BST)

I have covered both Republic of Ireland games in Group E and they looked short of energy in Saturday's defeat by Belgium.

Republic manager Martin O'Neill cannot make many changes for this game, though, because he has not really got the personnel.

Italy are already guaranteed to top the group, and I expect them to rest a lot of players because they can afford to, but I still do not see the Republic winning.

O'Neill's side will not lack endeavour, and they can keep Italy out, but I cannot see where the goals are going to come from, even against an under-strength Italian side.

Sweden v Belgium

Sweden v Belgium (Nice, 20:00 BST)

Belgium got a very good result against the Republic of Ireland on Saturday and scored some high-quality goals but they were very pedestrian at times.

Sweden are another side who need a win to have any chance of making the last 16 but for that to happen we need to see a lot more of Zlatan Ibrahimovic than we have done so far at this tournament.

Hungary v Portugalx-x0-2
Wednesday, 22 June
Iceland v Austriax-x1-1
Hungary v Portugal

Hungary v Portugal (Lyon, 17:00 BST)

Cristiano Ronaldo is not having a great tournament in terms of goals but he actually played quite well against Austria, despite his missed penalty.

Portugal have not clicked yet in this tournament but I think it will happen for them here. They are very good at getting through groups and I only see them getting better from here.

From the way Hungary celebrated their late equaliser against Iceland, they think they are through with four points - that is fair enough but I do not see them adding to their tally here.

Iceland v Austria

Iceland v Austria (Stade de France - Paris, 20:00 BST)

This group is wide open and all four teams still have a chance of getting through.

Both of these teams are more about being tough to beat than anything else, though, and I don't think Austria will get the win they need. Iceland might have to hope that three draws are enough.
