League One Burton shock Forest to reach EFL Cup quarter-finals
League One Burton reached the Carabao Cup quarter-finals for the first time with a thrilling 3-2 win over Championship side Nottingham Forest.
All the goals came in the second half with Burton going ahead when Scott Fraser's shot deflected in off Forest defender Saidy Janko for an own goal.
Fraser then made it 2-0 before Lewis Grabban pulled one back for Forest.
Jake Hesketh's volley extended Burton's lead with Arvin Appiah's stoppage-time goal not enough for the visitors.
