Man City's Silva scores in Portugal win

Manchester City winger Bernardo Silva scored a stunning goal as Portugal beat Poland in the Nations League.

Silva picked the ball up around 40 yards out from goal before bursting forward and curling a finish from the edge of the box into the bottom corner.

Genoa's in-form striker Krzysztof Piatek had given Poland the lead before Andre Silva, a Kamil Glik own goal and Bernardo Silva struck for the visitors.

Jakub Blaszczykowski converted Poland's second with 13 minutes remaining.

But they were unable to find an equaliser against the European champions, who have won both of their games in League A of the competition.

Portugal were without captain Cristiano Ronaldo, who has not been selected for the games against Poland and Scotland.
