Lionel Messi is set to play for already-qualified Barcelona in their final Group E match at Bayer Leverkusen as he looks to build up match fitness.
The Argentina captain, 28, has played four games since returning from a two-month lay-off with a knee injury.
Brazil right-back Dani Alves is suspended, while Barca are without Jeremy Mathieu, Sergi Roberto, Douglas and Rafinha through injury.
Leverkusen captain Lars Bender faces a race to be fit after an ankle injury.
Defending champions Barcelona are looking to end the group stage undefeated for the first time since the 2011-12 campaign.
German side Leverkusen need to beat Luis Enrique's side and hope Roma do not win at home against BATE Borisov to take second spot.
"We'll need to take all of the few chances which come our way against Barcelona," said Leverkusen defender Omer Toprak.
