Middlesbrough boss Aitor Karanka must decide between Kike and Cristhian Stuani to replace David Nugent, sent off against Birmingham and suspended.

Adam Forshaw and Diego Fabbrini could start if Karanka makes changes. Rhys Williams (Achilles) is not quite ready.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche may bring in any of Matt Lowton, Dean Marney and Rouwen Hennings to help end the Clarets' five-game run without a win.

Attacking duo Ashley Barnes and Lukas Jutkiewicz (both knee) are still out.
