Motherwell goalkeeper Connor Ripley and top goalscorer Louis Moult have recovered from illness in time to face St Johnstone.
Left-back Joe Chalmers is the only absentee as he recovers from a muscle tear in his foot.
Midfielder Chris Millar and striker Graham Cummings return from injury for St Johnstone.
But David Wotherspoon is suspended and fellow midfielder Simon Lappin is still absent following groin surgery.
Motherwell manager Mark McGhee: "It was a huge thing for us all and we still remember Phil [O'Donnell] fondly.
"The first thing I did this morning was to send a text off to Clarky [David Clarkson, O'Donnell's nephew] just to make sure he knows that I'm thinking that.
"It won't be something we will all be talking about today. Those of us who were here and those of us who knew Phil will be thinking about that at some point.
"We get on with life and there could be no better way of doing that than maybe winning the game tomorrow night to celebrate that."
St Johnstone manager Tommy Wright: "Motherwell are an experienced side but have brought in some young players too and have pace in their side.
"And they have a goalscorer in their team in Moult.
"They work extremely hard for each other and have quality throughout the team.
"Mark McGhee has turned it round and put his own stamp on them and they have picked up.
"But we have only had two defeats in 13 and, like every game, it's a game we feel we can go and win."
