Steven Naismith has completed his £8.5m move from Everton to Norwich, signing a three-and-a-half year deal.
The 29-year-old forward, capped 41 times by Scotland, becomes the Canaries' fifth signing of the January transfer window.
He scored 25 goals in 123 appearances for the Toffees after signing on a free transfer from Rangers in 2012.
"I'm very happy to have signed because now I can concentrate on football," he told Norwich's website.
In August, Everton rejected a £7m bid from Norwich for Naismith - but he has started only four Premier League games this season and has not played since 28 December.
"Norwich have displayed class in the way they've done their business," Naismith added.
"They've shown how much they wanted me, which is great."
Norwich are 16th in the Premier League, two points above the relegation zone, and have also signed Matt Jarvis, Ivo Pinto, Timm Klose and Ben Godfrey this month.
