Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah has been called up to the Germany squad for Euro 2016 after Antonio Rudiger was injured in training.
Roma centre-back Rudiger ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee on Tuesday.
Tah, 20, made his international debut in March's friendly defeat to England - his only cap to date.
Centre-backs Jerome Boateng, Mats Hummels and Shkodran Mustafi are also in the squad.
Germany's first game is against Ukraine on Sunday at 20:00 BST.
