Chelsea skipper John Terry is back in contention for the Blues' crucial Champions League tie against Porto following an ankle injury.

The former England centre-back, 35, returned to training this week after missing the Premier League games against Tottenham and Bournemouth.

Brazil midfielder Ramires is also available after a knock.

But former Porto striker Radamel Falcao remains out, despite taking a limited part in training on Tuesday.

The Colombia international has not played since the home defeat by Liverpool on 31 October because of an unspecified injury.

Jose Mourinho's team need a point against the Portuguese side to reach the knockout stage.

The Premier League champions have struggled domestically, losing eight of their 15 top-flight matches this season to leave them 14th.

But Mourinho believes Blues owner Roman Abramovich will not sack him.
